We're recruiting for a Marketing Manager

This is a new role at Snuggle Hunny. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help us on our next stage of growth. 

We work a little differently at Snuggle Hunny - this role is not about managing agencies; it’s about generating ideas and executing them yourself and within our team. You will need to enjoy being hands on and working with the team to get things done. If coming up with ideas and delivering great results excites you and fuels you this might be the role for you. 

You will manage a team of 3 including a Social Media & Content Coordinator, Community Coordinator, and a Graphic Designer. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with her which is a great opportunity for someone eager to further their career.

You will be AI aware and enthusiastic about the opportunities. You will have used it in the work environment and be able to demonstrate this.

This role will focus on the following areas:

  • Social Media and Content Management

  • Photoshoot Planning and Management

  • Collection Launch Planning and Execution

  • Promotional and Offers Planning and Execution

  • Email Marketing

  • Events Management

  • Partnerships and Collaborations

  • Brand Management - Ensure everything adheres to our brand guidelines

About You…..

  • You have 5+ years in marketing, ideally in a fast growing ecommerce business

  • You will have already managed a small team and be a natural people leader eager to coach and help individuals grow

  • You’ll be confident, positive, very collaborative and a good listener

  • You’re a passionate marketer who loves social media, digital and bringing a brand to life

  • You’re proactive and a self starter and very organised - multi-tasking is your special skill!

  • You're also detail orientated so we catch any balls before they drop

  • Across and in-tune with trends and what’s evolving in the baby space

  • AI aware and focused - you'll have used it in work and can demonstrate that

  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe, Email Marketing Tools ie Klaviyo, Dotdigital

  • You’re obsessive about detail and producing the best result possible

  • Passionate about ecommerce and the baby space
